2011 Christmas is approaching the end,
Woosa kitchen is now preparing for a new 2012 menu along with our special valentine's menu.
Especially excited for the kitchen and although still under construction, initial plans for 2012 menu will consist of some exotic meat! Overhaul of our Grill menu and a Botox injection to our brand new and extensive Satay menu. Overall, 22 + brand new dishes will be added into our new menu. Children's menu will also be available as well, starting beginning of 2012.
With valentine coming soon, initial menu cater for that special occasion will consist of 6 courses + lovebird cocktails + live music.
No price has been decided yet, however, a leak of information suggested that it might be £30-ish, per person.
And also, worth a mentioned is that my chef office will be ready hopefully before Christmas. : D

Merry Christmas!! Just finished a dinner party and back online to work.

(first course) Malay Pickles Selection
(second course) Hors d'oeuvre
Smoked salmon & chilli cheese mousse, coriander potato chips
Soft boiled quail egg, tobiko and sambal aioli
Crispy apple and pear dumplings, sweet chilli vinaigrette
(third course) Entree (one of 3 choices)
Grilled diver's king scallop, lime & capsicum jus
Giant squab dumplings, shiitake and ginger consomme
Potato & quail egg salad, chilli mayonaise
(fourth course) Main course (one of 3 choices)
Pan seared seabass fillet, chilli and coriander homemade pasta, lemongrass broth
Grilled lamb rack, potato fondant, green curry foam, tamarind rice
Crispy tofu steak, mushroom and celery sauce, jasmine rice
(fifth course) Dessert
Hazelnut tart, chocolate mousse, teh tarik ice-cream
(six course) Coffee + after eight
